We're sorry to hear that your parcel has arrived damaged.

If your order or its packaging has been damaged during transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

What to Do

Please inspect the contents of your parcel before using or fitting any parts.

If you find any damage, do not install or use the affected item until we have had the opportunity to assess the issue.

Contact Our After Sales Team

Please email after.sales@SquareMotorcycleParts.co.uk as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name.
  • Your delivery postcode.
  • A description of the damage.
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item(s).
    • The outer packaging.
    • Any internal packaging.
    • The shipping label on the parcel.

Providing all of this information with your initial email helps us process your claim as quickly as possible.

What Happens Next?

Our After Sales team will review the information and, if necessary, liaise with the courier to investigate the damage.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, offer an alternative solution, or advise on the next steps. In some cases, we may ask you to retain the damaged item and all packaging while the investigation is ongoing, as the courier may request an inspection.

We aim to resolve damaged parcel claims as quickly as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.
