My Order is Delayed in Transit

Created by Lewys Bishop, Modified on Thu, 2 Jul at 10:25 PM by Lewys Bishop

We’re sorry to hear that your order is taking longer than expected to arrive.

Occasionally, parcels can be delayed once they have been dispatched due to courier delays, sorting hub backlogs, or other transit issues outside of our control.

Before Contacting Us

Please check the following:

  • Review your tracking link for the latest updates.
  • Check whether your parcel is showing as “in transit”, “delayed”, or “out for delivery”.
  • Allow a little extra time during busy periods (such as holidays or sales events), as courier networks may experience delays.
  • Check your delivery address details are correct on your order confirmation.

When to Contact Us.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact our warehouse team so we can investigate.

Email: warehouse@SquareMotorcycleParts.co.uk

To help us resolve your query quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Your full name.
  • Your delivery postcode.
  • Your tracking number (if available).
  • A brief description of the issue (e.g. no tracking updates, delayed at sorting hub, etc.).

What Happens Next?

Our warehouse team will contact the courier to investigate the status of your parcel.

In many cases, delays are resolved quickly and the parcel will continue moving through the network. If the parcel is confirmed as lost or significantly delayed, we will advise you of the available options.

We will keep you updated throughout the process until your order has been successfully delivered.
