How do I return an item?

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging where possible
• You have your order number ready

How to Request a Return

All returns must be authorised by our after-sales team before sending anything back.

To start your return, please email:

• Name and contact details
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (e.g. incorrect item, unwanted, faulty)
