Do you provide VAT receipts?

Yes, we are VAT registered in the UK and we provide VAT receipts (or invoices as they are sometimes referred to). For most shipments there will be a VAT receipt attached to your parcel inside a documents enclosed wallet. If you are unable to find this, then please contact us at:

Please provide the following:

1. Full name used on the order
2. Order number
3. Date of purchase (If known)

This will allow our staff to locate your order quickly and send the the VAT receipt on to you straight away.
