How Many Items Will I Receive? (Single vs Pair Listings)
We often get questions about whether a product listing includes a single item or a pair, especially for items such as shock absorbers, brake components, and similar parts.
The simple rule
If the product images show two items, and the description uses plural wording (e.g. “shock absorbers”, “rear shocks”, “forks”), then you will receive two items.
In most cases:
- Single item shown = 1 item supplied
- Pair shown in images = 2 items supplied (a set/left + right where applicable)
Shock absorbers example
Shock absorbers are the most common area of confusion.
- If the listing shows two shock absorbers in the photos, the item is sold as a pair
- You will receive both units shown
Still unsure?
If you’re ever unsure whether a listing is for one item or a pair, the safest approach is to:
- Check the product images carefully
- Look for wording like “pair”, “set”, or “left & right”
- Contact us before ordering for confirmation
We’re happy to clarify any listing to avoid confusion before purchase.
