Ignition Coil: Doesn't Fit

When resolving the issue that an ignition coil that doesn't fit. First confirm that the correct coil has been supplied.

Please check:

• The part number printed on the coil box
• The part number shown on the packing slip

If the part numbers do not match, please contact customer service and advise them of the picking error.

If the part numbers match, please confirm the following vehicle details:

• Manufacturer
• Model
• Year of manufacture
• Registration number (if applicable)

If the supplied coil matches the vehicle details, the next step is provide the following info:

• Mounting distance between centre of each holes
• How many connectors on original coil
• How many leads on original coil
• A picture of the original

From there our technical team will be able to match up the correct coil and advise the returns process.
